OUR OFFER 1-
1.1- Articles sold through the website are offered to be purchase in the whole world. 1.2- Our offer concerns only the physical persons who are not commercials, aged at least 18 years old and lawfully able to conclude. 1.3- Articles sold on the website should all be available. However, as our stocks regularly evolves, we cannot guarrantee that every articles of your order would still be available when you place your order. Moreover, despite our watchfulness, if the articles are out of stock (definitely or temporarly), we commit ourselves to inform you by telephone, in a maximum of 3 working-days deadline, from your order's date. We will invite you to edit or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, we will give you a refund in a maximum of 8 working-days deadline, or directly on your bank account if you paid with a credit card, or by cheque.
2- YOUR ORDER 2.1- General points : - Those terms of sales are applied for all sales, made through this website or telephone, excluding any other terms and conditions, in particular the ones that are applicable for sales in shops. These conditions are available any time on the website, including the moment when your order is registered.
As a consequence, the fact that you register your order means that you read, understood, and agreed with the sales terms and conditions. - Each order is limited: no article can be purchase for a quantity hogher than 10 similar articles (same shape and/or same color). Regarding our fabrics, each order is limited to 10 metres of fabrics for one month period. 2.2- Step to follow to place your order :
To place your order, you will have to follow the different steps below: - Choose on the website, the articles that you want to order. Then, they will appear in "your basket", - Log in by writting your name, surname, invoice, address, e-mail, login, password, telephone number. -
Save your delivery address and choose your delivery method, - Check your order and choose your payment method, -
You will always be allowed to modify your order as you wish and then you can make your payment by clicking on the "confirm" button, - When you click on "validate" during the order process and after having checked "your basket", you certify that you accept, with no reserve, the entire terms and conditions. If you paid by cheque, your order will be made and sent in reception of your payment. All along the process, you can click on the "first order's help" button which describes step by step the different stages in order to conclude the sale contract between us. -
We will send you, by e-mail, a confirmation which will sum up all the features of your order, this will traduce our agreement and will form the sale contract between us. 2.3 - Modification
: You can modify your order (add or delete any article) until the shipping of your order. For this, you will just have to call us: (00 33) (0)2 97 59 14 23 (price of a local call from a fixed telephone) from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, and proceed as it is describes in the article 2.2 "steps to follow to place an order". 2.4 - Cancellation : - You can cancel your order by calling us.
- From our side, we reserve ourselves the right to cancel your order if you would not have entirely paid your order or if we consider that your order presents unusual features. 2.5
- Proof means: datas registered by PPMC company are the proof for all transactions. 3- OUR PRICES 3.1- Articles are sold on the current rate specified on the website during the registration of the order by PPMC and are applied on the shipment from our warehouse in Saint Philibert (France). Prices are expressed in euros duty-free and all taxes included. The VAT corresponds to the VAT effective on the french territory (19.6%). Those prices are exempted from transport and customs clearance charges (for deliveries out of European Union), charges that will be at your own expense. Delivery charges are noticed at the end of the order, additionaly to the prices of the articles selected. For deliveries out of the European Union, sales prices are expressed duty-free during the invoicing. Transport charges are invoiced additionaly. The amount is calculated depending on the country of destination and the transport method chosen by the customer. 3.2- Customs duties : Every orders placed through the website and delivered out of France could be charged or customs duties could be applicable when the package reah its destination. Those customs duties and possible charges concerning a package delivery are at your own expense and responsability. We should not check and inform you about customs duties and charges applicable. To keep yourself aware, we advise you to ask relevant authorities in your own country. 3.3 – Possible mistakes :
Despite our efforts, some articles on the website might contain a price mistake. Be insure, however, that we check the prices when we ship your goods. If the revised price is lower then the price noticed on the website, we will apply the lowest price and we will send you your article.
If the revised price is higher than the price noticed on the website, we will inform you and cancel your order, unless you choose to accept the revised order price and pay the difference.
3.4 - Property reserve : Products are the entire property of PPMC until the complete price cashing by us If it is not entirely paid, PPMC will be allowed to require the return of the articles. 4- YOUR PAYMENT 4.1- We place 4 payment methods at your disposal : Credit card (only credit cards, VISA, MASTERCARDS, EUROCARD), Cheque, with a copie of your address, phone number and order's references (only for euros cheques from a bank which resides in France or Monaco), Transaction

- For a payment by credit card, the debit is made during your order only if we have received the authorization from versed payment centres. The online payment with credit card is realised through the SSL (secured socket layer) system, which allows the encoding of your banking datas while they are transfered on the network. Banking datas (credit card number, expiring date, codes,..) are transfered encoded to the bank. 5- YOUR DELIVERY 5.1- Methods : We send all of our parcels by the post office.
5.2- Deadline : Indicated deadlines start from the reception day of your payment, which means the same day you placed your order if you paid with credit card, or paypal system. You place your order

5.3 - Delivery place : Your order will be delivered at the delivery address you indicated when you placed your order. 5.4- Lateness : If you did not receive your within the deadline, we would proceed to an investigation with the carrier company, however it could last many days. We would keep you regularly aware concerning the investifation. YOUR GUARRANTEES 6.1- Revocation rights, satisfied or reimbursed, it is as you wish : -
If your article does not correspond to your expectation, send it back to us in its initial packing, in perfect condition, within the 15 days of your reception, at this following address: PPMC – SAV Boutique en ligne – ZA de Kerran –

We commit ourselves to give you a credit note or, if you wish, to reimburse you by cheque (or directly on your bank account if you paid with a credit card) within the 15 days following the reception of the article in our offices, according to the following terms: -The package is sent back on your own wish, we reimburse you the price of the package, the retun charges would be at your expense. - The package is returned without being opened, we reimburse you the price of the package and the possible shipping charges, the return charges would be at your expense. -The package is returned under our responsability, we reimburse you the package, the shipping and the possible return charges. - The return of the parcel in its initial condition (not marked, not washed, not worn, not damaged). -
The return process is quite simple: inform us by phone or e-mail, and specify your name, the order number, or invoice number with the articles that you sent back. 6.2- Hidden defect guarrantee On the supposition that the articles we would have delivered to you would contain hidden defect, you could choose between the cancellation of your sale contract against the entire reimbursement of the amount you paid and return charges, or keep the article you received with a discount. 7- OUR RESPONSABILITIES 7.1- Our products are conformed to the french statute law. However, we decline any responsability on the supposition that the articles delivered would not respect the statute law effective in your own country, if it is out of the french territory.. 7.2- We are responsible of the right execution of the obligations mentionned in the contract, whenever these obligations are exectued by ourselves or by any other service provider, with no prejudice of our right to refuse. However, we are ,ot responsible in case of non-fulfilment of the contract for: any main reason, disturbances, or postal services and public transports strikes. We are not responsible for indirect damages. 7.3- PPMC would not be responsible of inaccuracy or vagueness concerning information available on the website as well as for any drawbacks and damages linked with the internet network use, such as stocks shortage, computing virus and any outside intrusions. 8- PROTECTION OF YOUR PRIVATE LIFE 8.1- - Information and datas that concern you are necessary to place your order. These information and datas will also be saved for security, in order to respect legal policies. Processing these information had been, referring to the Computing and Freedom Law, declared by PPMC and approved by the Computing and Freedom National Commission, receipt number: 1111991. -
These datas are only for PPMC and intented to our internal use and will never be communicate to anybody else.
We will use those information only for a commercial use (sending e-mail concerning offers, our newsletter,...). At any time you can require not to receive e-mails from us anymore, by clicking on the link due located on each e-mails bottom of pages we send you. -

9- TERMS OF SALES MODIFICATION PPMC company has, at any time, the right to change these terms of sale. The new version would be updated online. The new terms of sales would be appliable only on the purchases made after the modifications.
110-THE RESPECT OF OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 10.1- The website, and each element which compose it (visual, sonorous, included the new technology used) belongs to our company and are protected by intellectual property rights, french and international. Any plagiarism or unauthorized reproduction, entire or partial, of the website elements is purely forbidden and could be seen as a pirating offence. 10.2- Hyperlink : - You are allowed, on non exclusive and revocable title, to create an hyperlink which lead to our home page on the strict condition that this hyperlink do not create us, or to our products and services, a dishonest or false feature, or negative that could cause us a prejudice.In no case the creation of this hyperlink could commit our responsability. Any use of our logo, brand or our graphic design needs our authorization, express and written. Creating an hyperlink which leads to our home page or any other page of our website (whatever the tehnical use, framing, or deep linking) needs our express and written agreement. -
On the opposit, some hyperlink present in our website can lead to other websites. We are not responsible on the supposition that the content of these websites would not be suitable with legal disposition and effective policy. 11-POSSIBLE LITIGATION SETTLEMENT 11.1- The existing contract is submissive to the french law. Contract language is french. 11.2- In case of litigation, an amicable solution will be attempted before begin judicial action. In the absence of a amicable solution, every litigation that would result from wrong interpretation or any ohter, would be submissive to the Court.
