Order's preparation period:

Our main concern is that your order is delivered rapidly.

• This is the reason why we regularly check if the articles in stocks are available, which permit us to prepare and send our parcel within 24h referring to the order, if you chose payment by credit card.
  
  
• If you paid by cheque, your order is dispatched in reception of the cheque with no guarrantee that the articles you ordered would still be available.
  
  
• Each parcel ordered before 12pm is prepared and send within the day. If you choose an express delivery, by UPS or Chronopost, you even have until 2pm, for that your order to be send within the same day.
  
  
• Each parcel ordered before 12pm is dispatched the next working day (from monday to friday).
