In October, PPMC supports the Ligue contre le Cancer

In October 2025, PPMC supports the Ligue contre le Cancer with the Lavandula Fuchsia capsule collection and the return of adult headscarves. For each item purchased, €1 will be donated. Together, let’s raise awareness about breast cancer screening and show solidarity with women affected by the disease.

Stronger together: PPMC stands with women and joins the Pink October movement.

Pink October 2024 Report – Thank you for your support

During Pink October 2024, we raised €1,500 for the Ligue contre le Cancer.

We would like to thank all our customers who supported this initiative in October 2024 by purchasing one or more items from the Plumetis Fuchsia collection.

Thanks to them, we were able to donate the full amount of €1,500 to the Ligue contre le Cancer, helping to support breast cancer research.

Every gesture counts. Let’s take care of one another.

And because raising awareness has no season, throughout the year we encourage you to keep informing the women around you about self-examination and early screening. Talk about it with those close to you.

For more than 30 years, Papa Pique et Maman Coud has woven a unique bond with its customers, the vast majority of whom are women. Today, more than 300,000 of you step into our boutiques, fall in love with our new collections, offer our accessories as gifts, and pass them down from one generation to the next. From childhood to adulthood, through motherhood and grandmotherhood, our creations accompany you at every stage of life, bringing a touch of color and joy to everyday moments.

Faithful to this story that unites us, it feels essential to take part in Pink October, the month dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer screening. With more than 61,000 new cases diagnosed each year in France and nearly 900,000 women affected, breast cancer is the most common cancer. We are all touched by it, directly or indirectly.

Through this project, we wish to raise awareness, support those who are or have been affected by the disease, and remind everyone of the importance of screening: when detected early, breast cancer can be cured in 9 out of 10 cases.

At PPMC, we believe in the strength of community and the bonds that unite us. So let’s take care of one another.

How to Support the Ligue contre le Cancer in 2025 with PPMC?

At Papa Pique et Maman Coud, we are a team made up mostly of women. And since 80% of our customers are also women, the fight against breast cancer and raising awareness about screening are causes that are especially close to our hearts.

Adult Headscarves: a meaningful accessory

Reintroduced this summer to celebrate PPMC’s 30th anniversary, our adult headscarves were met with great success. Originally designed as a sun protection accessory, they have also become a precious ally for many women experiencing hair loss during chemotherapy.

Throughout the month of October, for every adult headscarf purchased, in-store or online, €1 will be donated to the Ligue contre le Cancer, supporting research and care for women affected by breast cancer.
