What to put in an Advent calendar?

At 82 cm tall, our DIY fabric Advent calendar is easy to hang on the wall. We've selected a few gift ideas for our PPMC Advent calendar.
Our gift ideas to fill the Advent calendar

With fabrics accessories PPMC

Because there's no age limit for marvelling at one of our hair accessories in our PPMC Advent calendar!

The different boxes in our Advent calendar come in different shapes and sizes, so you can easily slip in :
- A scrunchie, to be at the cutting edge of fashion with trendy hairstyles or to add a little spice to your outfit by wearing it on your wrist.
- A barrette, from the smallest for fine hair to the largest for thick hair, including those that can be turned around to be worn as a brooch.
- A headband, for a simple or elegant hairstyle that combines comfort and style.

See our hairstyle ideas.

Zero-waste gift

You're spoilt for choice when it comes to filling the PPMC advent calendar with a small, zero-waste gift:
- The make-up remover glove, reusable and washable.
- The waterproof soap pouch, for carrying solid soap (slipped into another box ;-) ).
- The toothbrush bag, which can be folded in half to fit easily into one of the compartments.
- The foldable tote bag, which won't take up much space in our advent calendar or in your handbag.

And to complete the package: a konjac sponge, seeds to plant... and why not try your hand at making homemade cosmetics, such as a solid soap, a cleansing milk or an effervescent bath ball.

Beauty products

Add a touch of glamour to your Advent calendar with a beauty surprise:
- A lipstick, to look your best on New Year's Eve,
- Eye shadow, for doe eyes
- A nail varnish, to make your fingertips shine.

For those who want to take care of themselves, don't hesitate to slip in a product for a cocooning moment, such as :
- An exfoliating scrub for soft skin.
- A mask, for the face, hands or feet, in front of a good Christmas movie.
- A solid soap, with a divine scent that will invite you straight into the bathroom.

With homemade sweets made by hand

For those of us with a sweet tooth, the Advent calendar means sweets.

As well as the traditional chocolates, surprise your loved ones with nougat, spices (accompanied by a recipe), herbal tea or tea...
You can also find mignardises made with :
- Salted butter toffee, a great classic for us as a Breton brand ;-)
- A spread to enjoy the next morning on pancakes or a slice of bread.

Warm the hearts of those you love by offering a homemade sweet such as :
- Savoury or sweet biscuits prepared with love.
- Jam in a small jar, with a pretty personalised label.
- A bag with the ingredients to make cookies and suggest sharing a moment together to make or eat them ;-)

And what about the children?

Because it's always a pleasure to see the wonder in their eyes when they open their Advent calendar,
here are a few ideas to surprise your child:

- A fabric pouch or a small pleated pouch with a large strap that can be used as a bag when out and about.
- A little vanity to hold hair clips, jewellery or any other treasures!
- A coin purse, either a mini purse or a puff purse, to invite them to put their first coins in and why not offer to pay for the bread the next time they go to the bakery?)

He/she may also be delighted to discover :
- Stickers or Christmas stickers to stick on the windows
- Marbles,
- Ephemeral tattoos or sheets of jewellery or rhinestones to stick on the skin
- A jigsaw puzzle,
- A small card game,
- A Playmobile or Lego character,
- An outfit for your doll or Barbie,
- Admission to a local park, ice rink, go-karting or bowling alley....
