How long does it take to ship my PPMC order?
Our main objective is to deliver your order as quickly as possible!
If your order is placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday):
- Payment by credit card and Paypal: your order is prepared and shipped the same day, except for orders containing fabric, which will be shipped the next business day. (This may take longer during holiday periods or sales)
- Payment by cheque or bank transfer: your order is processed on receipt of your cheque. We guarantee the availability of your items for 15 days.
If your order is placed after 12 noon:
- Any order placed after 12:00 is processed the next working day (Monday to Friday). (This may take longer during holiday periods or sales)
