1-Satisfied or refunded :
 
We hope you will be satisfied with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason and you want a refund, please follow the procedure below.
 
How to proceed ?

Quite simple: With both our online shop and our stores* upon the presentation of your invoice, you can ask for a refund. You will have to return your article within 15 days from the receipt of goods.

We will proceed to the (article or the complete order refund) only at reception of goods.

*Except the following stores : St Gilles-Croix de Vie ; Noirmoutier ; Ile d'Yeux

2- How to return :

You will have to return your order/article(s) within 2 months.

You can return the article (providing that you have not used the item), with the invoice enclosed.

As we receive your return, we will proceed to the refund (if you respected the 15 days-period); or a credit note (if you respected the 2 months-period).

3- How to exchange

You can exchange through many ways.

Exchange in one of our stores close to your place (except in the following stores: St Gilles-Croix de Vie, Noirmoutier and l'Ile d'Yeu), upon the presentation of your invoice. We can also create an "exchange-credit note", still upon the presentation of your invoice.

Benefits of an "exchange-credit note" :

  • this credit note is valid from one year from its creation.
  • You can use it in all of our stores (except ins St Gilles Croix de Vie, Ile d'Yeu and Noirmoutier shops).
  • You can use it in several times: for each new order a new one-year credit note will be created with the new balance.

- Exchange through our online shop :

At reception of your article (enclose the invoice or the cashier's receipt) and upon request from you, we will create an "exchange-credit note".

Forwarding costs are on your responsibility, except if the article is defective or if we made a mistake in your order.

ORDERS :

1-How can I choose the right size for my hat : 

You can easily choose the right size for your hat. Once you have measured your head size, you can check on the board below, it will help you to choose the form and size that fit you the best:  Check the board.

2-Ordering without creating my account (express orders) :

If you don't remember your username or password, it won't be a problem for you to place an order, due to the "express order" system: you will just have to fill the "Name", "Surname" and "Address" fields. Quick and simple!
 
3-Check out my customer account :
 
You wish to edit or change your personal details, have a look on your order status, your loyalty points,..?

3-Subscribe to the loyalty program :
 
To enjoy the benefits of our loyalty program (usable in all of our network), you have to subscribe by creating your customer account.
