We are pleased to present you with the terms and conditions of sale that will apply to all sales concluded between us ("PPMC" company, seller) and you ("customer", non-professional buyer) wishing to acquire the products ("the Products") that we offer for sale on our Site.

1.1 - The Products sold on the Site are offered for sale worldwide.
1.2 - Our offer is only addressed to non-trading individuals, aged at least 18 years and with the legal capacity to contract.
1.3 - The Products offered on our Site are in principle all available. However, as our stocks change daily, we cannot guarantee that all the Products in your order are still available at the time you place your order.
Therefore, despite our vigilance, if the Products are out of stock (permanently or temporarily), we undertake to inform you by telephone within a maximum of 3 days from the date of your order.
We will invite you to modify or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, we will reimburse you, within a maximum of 8 days, either directly to your account (in the case of payment by credit card) or by cheque made out to you.


2.1 - General :
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made through this Site or by telephone, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, and in particular those applicable to sales in shops. They are accessible to you at any time on the Site, including when you place your order.
Consequently, the fact of validating your order implies that you have read, understood and accepted the present conditions of sale.

Each order is limited: No Product may be purchased in a quantity greater than 10 items of the same shape and/or colour. For our fabrics, each order is limited to 10 meters of fabric per month. For any order exceeding this quantity, we invite you to contact our customer service.

2.2 - How to place your order :
To place your order, simply follow the steps below and let us guide you:
You select the Products you wish to order on the Site. They will then appear in your "Shopping Cart",
You identify yourself (or create an account) by specifying your name, first name, billing address, e-mail, password and telephone number.
You validate your delivery address and select your delivery method,
You check your order and choose your payment method,
You can always modify your order if you wish, then you proceed to payment by clicking on the "Validate" button,
By clicking on the "Validate" button during the ordering process, and after having checked "Your Basket" the contents of your order and, if necessary, having modified it, you declare that you fully accept, without reserve, the entirety of the present Conditions of Sale.
In the case of payment by credit card or Paypal, your order is processed and shipped within 24 hours (working days).

In the case of payment by cheque or bank transfer, your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as we have received your payment. Your items will be put aside for a period of 15 days. After this period, your products will be put back in stock and their availability will no longer be guaranteed.

After validation of your order, we will send you, by e-mail, a confirmation summarizing all the elements of your order, this will constitute our acceptance and will form the contract of sale between us.

2.3 - Cancellation:
You can cancel your order by contacting us on 02 97 59 14 23 (price of a local call from a landline) from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm. 

For our part, we reserve the right to cancel your order if you have not yet paid us in full for a previous order or if we consider that your order is abnormal.
2.4 - Means of proof:
The data recorded by the PPMC Company constitutes proof of all transactions.


3.1 - Sales prices

The Products are sold at the prices in force on the Site at the time the order is registered by PPMC and are understood to be ex our premises in Vannes (France).

The prices are expressed in Euros excluding tax and including all taxes. The VAT corresponds to the Value Added Tax in force on French territory, i.e. 20%. These prices do not include shipping costs and customs clearance costs (for deliveries outside the European Union), the latter remaining at your charge.
Delivery costs are indicated at the end of the order in addition to the price of the Products selected.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the sales prices are expressed exclusive of tax at the time of invoicing.
Shipping costs are charged in addition. The amount is calculated according to the country of destination, the method of transport chosen by the customer and the weight of the parcel for deliveries outside mainland France.

3.2 - Customs duties:
Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. You are responsible for any such customs duties and taxes associated with the delivery of a Product. We are not obliged to check and inform you of the applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out about them, we advise you to check with the competent authorities in your country.
3.3 - Possible error :
Despite our best efforts, it is possible that a limited number of Products listed on our Site may contain a pricing error. Rest assured, however, that we will check the prices during the process of sending your Product. If the corrected price is lower than the price displayed on the Site, we will apply the lower price and send you your Product. If the corrected price is higher than the price displayed on the Site, we will inform you and proceed to cancel your order unless you choose to accept the order at the new price and add payment of the difference.

 3.4 - Retention of title:
The Products remain the sole property of PPMC until we have received full payment. Failing this, PPMC may automatically demand the return of the Products. The costs incurred for this return will be entirely at your expense.


4.1 - We provide you with 4 methods of payment:
Credit card (only blue cards, Visa, Mastercard are accepted).
Secure payment site PayPal.
Cheque (enclose a copy of the order form and your contact details),
Bank transfer (please indicate your order number when making the transfer)

4.2 - For payment by credit card, the debit is made at the time of your order on the condition that you have previously obtained authorisation to debit your account from the competent payment centres. Online payment by credit card is made via the SSL "Secure Socket Layer" security system, which enables the encryption of your bank details during their transmission over the network. The confidential data (16-digit credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are transmitted encrypted to the bank.
Payment by cheque is only possible for cheques in euros drawn on a bank domiciled in France. In the case of payment by cheque, the cheque is cashed on receipt. Please send your cheque to the following address

5.1 - Delivery methods.
We send our parcels by La Poste, Colissimo, Fedex and Chronopost.

5.2 - Delivery time:

The deadlines indicated when choosing the method of delivery begin to run on the day of receipt of your payment, that is to say, on the day of placing your order if you have paid by credit card, transfer or Paypal or on the day of receipt of your check or transfer.

5.3 - Location:

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you gave us when you placed your order; or to the selected Point Relais or the PPMC shop of your choice.

5.4 - Delay :

In the event of non-receipt of a parcel within the time limit indicated, we will carry out an investigation with the carrier, which may take several days. Of course, we will keep you regularly informed of the progress of this investigation and its successful completion.  
In the event that the carrier confirms that the package is indeed lost, we undertake to reship your Products to you, at our expense.

5.5 - Reception - Non-conformity :

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check the conformity of the Products delivered.
If one or more items are not in conformity or missing, we invite you to contact us within a maximum of 15 days by mail at SARL PPMC - SAV Boutique en ligne - ZA de Kerran- 56470 ST PHILIBERT or via our contact form.

5.6 - Customs duties:

For deliveries outside France, customs duties may be applied, please refer to paragraph 3.2 - Customs duties which is in the section.


6.1 - Right of withdrawal, satisfied or reimbursed, you choose:

Your Product does not correspond to your expectations? Did you make a mistake when placing your order?
You have a period of one month, after receipt of your order, to request a refund (by check, credit card or Paypal).

After 30 days (date of dispatch of your return package), we are no longer obliged to accept your package. We will offer you either to send your order back to you or to compensate you with a voucher.
Please note: It is always possible to exchange your items directly in our PPMC shops within 30 days of your purchase and upon presentation of proof of payment.

We invite you to return your items in perfect condition* with your invoice and the return form to be downloaded here to the following address

*The return of products can only be accepted for products in their original condition, i.e. not stained, washed or damaged.
Terms and conditions :
You exercise your right of withdrawal and return your entire order: we will refund your order including any delivery costs. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You return a product that you are not satisfied with: we will reimburse the price of the product, the return costs are at your expense.
You return a product due to our responsibility (error in order preparation, quality defect): contact the after-sales service beforehand via our contact form; we will reimburse you for the product, any delivery costs and send you a return label for reshipping the product.
 6.2 - Guarantee against hidden defects

You benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects. In the event that the Products we have delivered to you have a hidden defect, you can choose between cancelling your sales contract against full reimbursement of the sums paid and the return costs or keeping the Product delivered with a reduction in price.
When the consumer acts under the legal guarantee of conformity, the buyer has the choice of returning the item and having the price refunded, or keeping the item and having part of the price refunded, as determined by experts (Article 1644 of the Civil Code). The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within a period of (2) two years from the discovery of the defect (Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code).

In the event that the non-conformity or a defect affecting one or more Products is found within the aforementioned time limits, the Purchaser may return the Products to the PPMC Customer Relations Department at the following address PPMC Website - Zone de Kerran - 56470 Saint Philibert - France, or visit a Papa Pique et Maman Coud shop, or contact the Customer Relations Department on the following number 02 97 59 14 23 (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm) which will confirm the procedure to be followed.

If the aforementioned conditions are met, PPMC shall exchange the Product(s) with such defects of conformity or proven faults, the origin of which can be attributed to PPMC, or reimburse the Buyer the amount of such Product(s), as well as the costs of returning the Products paid by the Buyer, if applicable.


7.1 - Our Products comply with French legislation. However, we decline all responsibility in the event that the Product delivered does not comply with the legislation of your country located outside French territory.
7.2 - We are responsible for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from the contract concluded at a distance, whether these obligations are to be performed by ourselves or by other service providers, without prejudice to our right of recourse against them.
7.3 - PPMC shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage relating to the use of the Internet network, such as, in particular, a break in the service, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions.


8.1. Papa Pique et Maman Coud collects a certain amount of information about you.
The collection and processing of this information and data is necessary for the processing of your order, the management of returns, customer relations, mailings for delivery follow-up, and marketing management.
It allows us to improve and personalise the services we offer you.  This information and data will also be kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Papa Pique et Maman Coud undertakes to take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of its files and the protection of its computer system, and in particular to prevent the Customer's personal information from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

PPMC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The new version will be posted online and will bear a new update notice in the header. The new conditions of sale shall only apply to sales made after the modification.


10.1- Intellectual property
The Site and each of its components (visual, sound, including the underlying technology, etc.) belong to our company and are protected by French and international intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, whether partial or total, of all or part of the Site and/or of any of its components is therefore strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of copyright.

In the absence of an amicable solution, all disputes arising from the interpretation and/or execution of these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the appreciation of the competent courts under the conditions of common law. In the event of a dispute with a private individual, the latter shall choose the court of his choice. In the event of a dispute with professionals and/or traders, the courts of Lorient shall have sole jurisdiction, even in the event of summary proceedings, incidental claims, third-party claims or multiple defendants.

12 - YOUR PPMC PRIVILEGE PROGRAM - GTC (general terms of use)

The PPMC PRIVILEGE loyalty programme (hereinafter the "Programme" or the "Loyalty Programme") is offered and managed by the company Papa Pique et Maman Coud.

The present general terms and conditions of use of the loyalty programme determine the conditions of access and participation of members in the loyalty programme.

The Loyalty Programme offers any customer (hereinafter the "Cardholder" or the "Customer") the possibility, thanks to his PPMC loyalty card (hereinafter the "Card" or "Loyalty Card"), of accumulating points entitling him to one or more PPMC loyalty vouchers (hereinafter the "Voucher" or the "Loyalty Vouchers") and access to advantages and offers reserved for members of the Loyalty Programme.

This possibility is offered to any Customer who has created an account on the website or a shop depending on the amount of purchases made within the PPMC brand network, which includes the Papa Pique and Maman Coud shops and the Papa Pique and Maman Coud website (hereinafter the "Site" or "").
12.1. Acceptance and modification of the Loyalty Programme GTC

Subscription to the Loyalty Programme is subject to the unreserved acceptance by all Customers of these GTC.

These General Terms and Conditions may be subject to modification, correction or updating in its wording in the event of changes to the Loyalty Programme.

Any modification, correction or update of the GCU shall be made without prior notice to the Cardholder. It is therefore strongly recommended that all Cardholders regularly read the General Terms and Conditions available in PPMC Stores and on the Website at the following address:

No modification, correction, update or deletion may give rise to compensation for the Loyalty Cardholder or his/her beneficiaries.
12.2. Subscription to the loyalty programme
Subscription conditions
The Loyalty Programme is open to any natural person who has the legal capacity under French law to subscribe to a loyalty programme.

Any legal person or entity may not subscribe to this Loyalty Programme.

Papa Pique et Maman Coud thus reserves the right to carry out any verification and to request any document in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of this article.
Subscription terms and conditions
Any Customer may subscribe to the Loyalty Programme at any time and free of charge when visiting a Papa Pique et Maman Coud Store or by creating an account on the site

Subscription to the Loyalty Programme may be made in a Papa Pique et Maman Coud shop, with information being entered directly by a sales advisor or on the Site. It requires that the information provided is complete and usable. We do not provide a loyalty card.

All Customers must provide the following information when subscribing to the Loyalty Programme: title, surname, first name, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address and mobile phone number.

In the event of a change in his/her data (in particular name, postal address, e-mail or mobile phone number), the Customer must inform PPMC as soon as possible via the "My Account" section of the Website or inform a sales advisor when visiting a PPMC Store.

The Loyalty Cardholder guarantees the accuracy of all information provided to Papa Pique et Maman Coud. He/she shall be held solely responsible for any erroneous, incomplete or obsolete information provided by him/her.

PPMC shall not be held responsible in the event of non-receipt of an offer, impossibility of using a service or a benefit resulting from incomplete, obsolete or erroneous information.
Content and benefits of the loyalty programme

Within the framework of the Loyalty Programme, all Cardholders have a Loyalty Card enabling them to accumulate points when they make purchases in Papa Pique and Maman Coud Stores or on the Site.

Thanks to the accumulation of points, all Cardholders can benefit from one or more Loyalty Vouchers as well as advantages and offers reserved for members of the Loyalty Programme.

12.3. Subscription and loyalty card

Dematerialised loyalty card
Any subscription to the Loyalty Programme allows the Customer to register for the Loyalty Programme free of charge and on request.

Each Customer eligible for the Loyalty Programme may only register once for our programme. Registration is nominative, personal and reserved for natural persons.

Once enrolled in the loyalty programme, the customer can collect points at each checkout and take advantage of the benefits reserved for members of the Loyalty Programme by identifying themselves in shop.

The Cardholder may also be informed by e-mail on their smartphone of movements recorded on their Loyalty Account or of news and commercial offers from the Papa Pique et Maman Coud brand.

Presentation or registration of the loyalty card
To benefit from the advantages offered under the Loyalty Programme, the Cardholder must :
in a Papa Pique et Maman Coud Store: provide the first and last names and/or e-mail address used to create their account
on the PPMC Site or Application: log on to their customer account using the e-mail address used when creating their account on the site or in a PPMC shop.

12.4 Accumulation of points

Each purchase made in a PPMC Shop or on the website enables the Cardholder to accumulate loyalty points and receive loyalty vouchers.
The terms and conditions for accumulating points are as follows: €5 of purchase = 1 point (rounded up to the nearest euro of the amount of the ticket or order)

When you reach 45 points, you will receive a €10 discount on your next purchase.
Are included: Promotional prices, low prices and sale prices allow you to credit loyalty points.
Excluded: Purchases paid with a gift card or e-gift card, purchases resulting from an exchange at the checkout or on the website (e.g. in the case of a commercial gesture)
Loyalty Points are valid for 2 years. Your points will be reset to zero if you have not made a purchase for more than two years.

In the event of a refund of a purchase, the number of Loyalty Points corresponding to the refunded amount will be deducted.

The number of Points accumulated can be consulted at the cash desk at the request of the Customer to the sales advisor or via the Customer Service (contact form)
Points may not be transferred or exchanged in whole or in part for cash.
Communication within the framework of the loyalty programme

Within the framework of our loyalty programme, we may be required to send you communications by e-mail: balance of your account, expiry of your points, promotional offers reserved for members, etc.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the European regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete your personal data.
