Changed your mind or simply not happy with your purchase?

At Papa Pique et Maman Coud, you can return items purchased on our website for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, or exchange them in one of our PPMC stores, subject to the conditions below.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unstained, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note: Fabrics sold by the metre and cut to your requested length are considered personalised products. Therefore, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a conformity defect.

Gift vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable and may only be exchanged.

There are two ways to return your item(s).

Return in store

Returns are free of charge at all Papa Pique et Maman Coud stores.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) to the PPMC store of your choice, together with your online order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Please note

Refunds for online orders are no longer processed directly in store.

Once you have dropped off your return, your request will be forwarded to our Customer Service team, who will process your refund within 5 working days using the original payment method.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unstained and undamaged.

Items purchased in store cannot be refunded. They may only be:

• exchanged for one or more items of equal or greater value;
• or credited to a store voucher.

Store vouchers:

• are valid for one year from the date of issue;
• may be used on one or several purchases;
• are valid both in our stores and on our website.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning your items to Customer Service

You may also return your item(s) directly to our Customer Service department at your own expense.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to send your return together with:
- your completed return form,
- proof of purchase (delivery note, order confirmation or receipt).

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

For online orders, the original delivery charges will also be refunded if the entire order is returned.

If your online order was paid by bank transfer or cheque, the refund will be issued by cheque within approximately 7 days.

For items purchased in store and returned to Customer Service, refunds are also issued by cheque within approximately 7 days.

If an item is returned stained, washed, damaged or otherwise not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. In this case, the item will not be returned to you.
 

How can I exchange a Papa Pique et Maman Coud item?

Exchanges are quick and free of charge in all PPMC stores.

You may exchange your item within 30 days of purchase, upon presentation of your proof of purchase.

If you no longer have your online invoice or order confirmation showing the prices, please contact our Customer Service team via our contact form.

Please note that exchanges cannot be processed by our Online Customer Service department. Only refunds are available for online returns.
